The biggest issue is have with Reebelo is the very limited customer support which seems to not be able to do anything that is normal " customer support" at your competitors. A phone support system would be very beneficial as well because if  a customer could communicate Immediately rather than the ofter 1-2 day normal response time, many issues could be avoided thus keeping us customers loyal to Reebelo... BASICALLY your customer service is HORRIBLE !!!!!
